Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Digaca collects through this website and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- What you type into the “Book a free chat” form — your name, email, and message, plus anything optional you choose to add (business name, phone, business type, team size, and how and when you'd like us to contact you).
- Basic technical information — your IP address and the time you submitted the form, used only to stop spam and abuse. Our web server also keeps standard access logs.
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and set up your free chat, using the contact method you chose.
- To keep a record of the conversation if we end up working together.
- To protect the form from spam (for example, limiting how many requests come from one address).
Who can see it
Only us. Your request is stored on our own server and delivered to our inbox by email. We use standard service providers to run the website and send that email, and they handle the information only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
We keep form requests for as long as they're useful for following up with you — typically no more than two years if we don't end up working together. Ask us any time and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you sent. Email hello@digaca.com or reply to any email from us.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
